Returns
You can return your order, or part of it, within 14 days of receiving it. Please notify us of your return by phone or email. There are two ways to return your order:
- Return by shipping
Notify us by phone (+32 9 223 95 41) or email. We will provide you with a DPD return label. The return cost (€6.65 in Belgium) will be deducted from the refunded amount. This cost is at the customer’s expense.

- Return in-store
You can also return your order for free in-store within 14 days. No processing fees will be charged for returns.
Return Conditions
Products must be returned in their original new condition, meaning unworn and unused, with all accessories (laces, insoles, etc.) and in their original packaging (shoebox). If these conditions are not met, the return may be refused.
Refund
The amount paid will be refunded within a maximum of 10 days via the original payment method used for the transaction.
