Delivery & Collection
We offer home delivery and collection in store. You will be able to select your choice on the order form.
All orders can be collected in our store in Ghent during opening hours. All items available on the webshop, are already present in the store. This means that you can collect your order on the same day you placed it, according to our opening hours. You have 7 days to collect an online order in the shop.
We also offer home/work delivery. For deliveries within Belgium, we work together with Bpost. For international deliveries, we partner with DPD. They will keep you informed by email about the expected delivery time.
Shipping cost
Belgium:
€7,25 or FREE when you spend over €100.
The Netherlands, Germany:
€10,25 or FREE when you spend over €200.
Luxemburg:
€11,75 or FREE when you spend over €200.
France:
€14,05 or FREE when you spend over €250.
Other European countries:
Contact us for a customized price.
In some countries (such as France, Luxemburg, Germany...) DPD offers delivery in Pick-up Parcelshops.
This delivery option might be cheaper. If you are interested, contact us so we can give you a customized offer.
Delivery timing
We are a physical store with a small team. This entails that we don't ship orders on saturday or on days that the store is closed (sun- & monday).
- Orders placed between Friday 12:00 and Tuesday 12:00, will be shipped on Tuesday
- Orders placed on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday before 12:00, will be shipped the same day.
- Orders placed on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday after 12:00, will be shipped the next day.
As soon as your order has been shipped, the courier service will keep you informed of the expected delivery time. Most parcels within Belgium and the Netherlands are delivered within two days after dispatch. Depending on when you place your order, you can expect a delivery time of 2 to 5 business days.
