1. Different sizes are displayed on the website. How do I choose the right size?

2. I’m looking for shoes for someone who cannot come to the store. Can you help me?
   We offer a "take-home service" in such cases. We select several pairs that might be a good fit. These pairs can be taken home without any obligation. If the person in question is already in our customer database, we can easily look up their size. If not, it would be helpful if you bring a shoe so we can estimate the size. Any questions? 3. I’m looking for sandals for orthotic insoles. Do you have those?
   We have a wide selection of slippers and sandals suitable for orthotic insoles. Activate the "fit for orthotic insoles" filter when searching to see the right models instantly.
    
4. I have bought shoes from you before, but I don’t remember my size… Can you find it?
   If you are in our customer database, we can retrieve this information. Feel free to contact us.
    
5. I have very difficult feet. Is there someone who can give me expert advice?
   There is always someone in the store who can provide expert advice. Tell us about your concerns, and we will help you find the right shoes!
    
6. Where can I park?
   We have our own parking at Sint-Annastraat 91, directly opposite our back entrance. You are welcome to use it during your visit.
   ⚠️ Attention: Our parking lot is in a low-emission zone (LEZ). If your vehicle is not allowed in the LEZ, you can still park at Gent Zuid parking, which is a 2-minute walk from the store.
